Dose Shake tub before use. Take one scoop 15g twice daily as a hearty and nutrifying, revitalising snack.
Mix one scoop with water, soya milk, low fat or non fat milk, or sprinkle on low fat yoghurt. Trimshot may thicken if not taken immediately. If this occurs, simply add a little more liquid and stir.
Caution Take one to two hours before or after medications or vitamin and mineral supplements.
Please note: Adequate water must be taken with all high fiber supplements. In the initial stages, taking too much fiber may also cause either diarrhoea or constipation. If this occurs, assure you are drinking plenty of water aim for 1.5 to two litres at regular intervals during the entire the day. If bloating persists, as the body adapts to the elevated levels of fibre, or a change in bowel movement. If bloating or discomfort occurs, cut down the number of scoops consumed a day.
