Massage: Five drops 1/4ml in 10ml Sunspirit carrier natural oil. Put on to chest and back twice daily.
VaporisatOn: Five drops 1/4ml in water in natural oil burner.
Bath: Mix five drops 1/4ml with five drops 1/4ml Sunspirit Solubalizer and disperse evenly in bathwater.
