Massage: Five drops 1/4ml to ten ml Sunspirit carrier natural oil. Put on to back, neck and temples twice daily.
VaporisatOn: Five drops 1/4ml in water in natural oil burner.
For relief of Menstrual Pain-
Massage: Five drops 1/4ml to 10ml Sunspirit carrier natural oil. Rub into abdomen and lower back twice daily. Apply only as directed. Avoid while pregnant.
