Massage: Five drops 1/4ml to 10ml Sunspirit carrier natural oil. Put on to chest and back twice daily.
Bath
Five drops 1/4ml dispersed in bathwater. VaporisatOn: Five drops 1/4ml in water in natural oil burner.
Assists in the management of Pimples and Acne
Direct ApplicatiN: Dilute five drops 1/4ml to 10ml Sunspirit carrier natural oil. Put on twice daily.
Assists in the management of Dandruff and maintenance of a Healthy Scalp
Hair Rinse: Five drops 1/4ml to final rinse water.
