Sage Salvia officinalis
Sage is a herb that was traditionally used for the relief of surandive sweating and perspiration. Today, folk commonly use Sage as a gargle for the relief of mouth sores and minor throat aggravations. Sage has antihydrotic attributes and may be beneficial in the relief of menopausal hot flushes.

Active Ingredients
Each ˜preservative free™ capsule is made with 400 mg of Salvia officinalis leafage powder.
Dose
For adults: Take two to three capsules with a meal twice daily.
Mouthlave or gargle
Open two capsules, add one cup of bnatural oiling water. Allow to stand for 10 20 minutes. Strain, use when warm.
