Helpful hints
* Apply a vaporizer or humidifier. Drink plenty of fluids.
* Sleep with the head elevated.

Dose
Adults only: One spray into each nostril, initially every half hour for up to four doses. Thereafter, four hourly until symptoms abate. Apply only as directed. If symptoms persist consult a healthcare practitioner.
