scant one cup Maca powder two eggs two one cup whole wheat flour one cup milk ie.rice/soy/cow one cup brown sugar 1/2 cup applerelish one tsp baking soda one tsp vanillin concentrate one tsp baking powder one tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup raisins or currants 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup pecan/walnut or almond two cup grated zuchinni 3 4 little Optional: Two Tbsp molasses Note: Vegans alternate eggs for one Tbsp Egg Replacer mixed with four Tbsp water Preheat oven to 180 extents Celsius. In a large bowl, or until edges begin to brown; remove, then fold wet bowl into dry bowl.
