Indication

About Melatonin
Melatonin N acetyl 5-methoxy tryptamine is a key metabolic hormone produced by most living creatures, it is a hormone normally produced by your body in your brain, by the pineal gland. It serves to trigger the body's sleep response. As we age, or when we are under stress, we tend to produce less of this hormone.
Melatonin could help our bodies know when it's time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up.
