Wild Yam and Chaste Tree
Traditionally Wild yam was used for its anti spasmodic and anti inflammatory attributes. It's a popular herb for women of varying ages and is particularly useful for dysmenorrhoea and uterine cramping in younger women, and during the peri menopausal years. Chaste tree berries have been used traditionally to relieve pre menstrual symptoms and to help balance the two female hormones oestrogen and progesterone in the menstraul cycle.

Dioscorea villosa Wild Yam root 410 mg
Herbal concentrate equivalent to dry
Vitex agnus castus Chaste tree fruit 50 mg
Dose
Adults
Take one to two capsules with a meal twice daily.
Drink at the least 250ml of water with the capsules.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Not commended to be used with oestrogen sensitive cancers.
Not commended while pregnant.
