Swisse Ultivites are available in capsule form. One Ultivite tablet is equivalent to two capsules so we recommend that you take two capsules daily.
Capsules are smaller in size so they do not fit as much of each ingredient in each capsule in comparison to each tablet. Capsules are easy to swallow so are an perfect option if you have difficulty swallowing tablets. Some tablets are acknowledged to take longer to break down disintegrate in the body compared with capsules. However, Swisse's advanced manufacturing technologies assure that both the Swisse Ultivite tablets and capsules are highly absorbable, and take approximately the same time around 25 minutes to break down in the digestive tract.

Adults only.
One tablet or two capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a health care professional.
