Melrose Juice Concentrates are produced in Australia by extracting the natural juice from sound, mature fruits. The natural juice is then pasteurised and evaporated under vacuum.
The Organic Apple Juice Concentrate is Certified Organic by Aco. The Pear Juice Concentrate is not certified organic.
Concentrating the natural juice by evaporation retains the natural, healthful sugar and minerals. There are no preservatives, artificial flavors, colours or sugary sweetenings added. Condensed apple and pear juices contain approximately 72 Percent natural, healthful sugar.

Melrose Apple and Pear Juice Concentrates are about a third lower in calories compared with refined sugar by weight. For refreshing home made lemonade add equal parts of lemon natural juice and your choice of Melrose natural juice concentrate to sparkling mineral water.
These juices do darken over time but their sugary sweetness doesn't alter. The natural, healthful sugar are self preserving so it is not essential to refrigerate after opening.
