Sage Salvia officinalis
Dalmatian Sage is a common traditionally used for many different purposes. In little doses, sore, and rub through your scalp and hair after laveing. Sage is commonly used for flu, bronchitis, colds and catarrh. Diluted into a massage blend, Sageâs Antispasmodic attributes make it an excellent natural oil for inhalation. As it assists to dry mucous, it can also be directly inhaled from the bottled, add few drops onto a hanky for hay fever. Sage is a blood pressure regulator, and is particularly good for balancing the nervous system. Sage and Lavendula melded in a massage base natural oil extremely beneficial in the curative of wounds, scars and scar tissue. Good for congested natural oily skin, then put a few drops onto your palms, particularly in a bath mix with Lavendula while it is relaxing and excellent for pain relief. Sageâs antiseptic attributes make it a useful natural oil for mouth ulcers, Sage is excellent for acne and can be applied directly onto pimples. Also good for bruised or swollen skin. Dalmatian Sage is safer compared with any other common sage due to itâs low levels of thujone. Also an excellent conditioner for natural oil hair. Simply add it to your bottle of conditioner, infections gums and gingivitis. Cautions: Not to be used in the gestation while it is an abortifacient.
