Sugary Sweet Fennel Foniculum vulgare

It has a gentle and mild purifying action on the skin. Fennel can be taken for insect bites, colic and indigestion.
Cautions
Fennel is not to be used on epileptics. Avoid utilising while pregnant and on children under the age of six. Fennel is best used in low doses.
