fatty acids and must get them from food

The most crucial types of Omega 3 fatty
acids found in fish natural oil are
Eicosapentaenoic acid Epa and
Docosahexaenoic acid Dha.
The body needs Eicosapentaenoic acid to
produce prostaglandins, which are
hormone like substances that help to
protect the heart and cell membranes.
Docosahexaenoic acid is needed for the
normal development of the brain, the eyes,

The fish originate from the clean open
