Recipe: Bircher Muesli Slice

one Packet Healtheries Bircher Muesli one 1/2 cups dark brown sugar 250g unsalted melted butter 800g tin of cooked apples
Method
1. Preheat Oven to 175 extents C. 2. Place muesli, sugar and butter into a bowl. Mix well. 3. Press muesli mixture into a baking paper lined 20x30cm biscuit tray, reserving one cup for the topping. 4. Spread apples evenly over muesli base. Sprinkle with reserved muesli mixture. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. 6. Slice and serve warm or cold with natural, healthful yoghurt, ice creme or creme.
