Dose
Adults
Take two capsules with one glass 250ml of water and a meal three times a day, or four capsules before retiring.
Caution
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. In really rare cases Black cohosh was associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, you should stop utilising this merchandise and see your doctor. Not commended for usage with oestrogen sensitive cancers. Caution those folk taking anticoagulants due to the White willow, ,vomiting stomach, dark urine, unusual weakness, tiredness or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, nausea, Capsicum and Ginger.
