Dose
Adults
Take two tablets with a meal twice daily.
Mature Women
Take two tablets with a meal two to three times a day.
Children 9 10 years
Take one tablet with a meal one to two times a day.
Caution
Vitamin supplements should not replace a complete diet. Caution those on beta blockers, as elevated doses of calcium may inhibit absorption and bioavailability. Not to be taken in Hyperparathyroidism, chronic kidney disease and calcium kidney stones.
